Biography: Took over as manager of Exeter City in June 1995 following Terry Cooper's resignation due to ill health. Peter had been voted the club's 'player of the year' the season before. More recently, he has been scouting for a number of clubs and worked with the goalkeepers at Blackpool.(Won promotion to Division One with Stoke in 1979)
