Biography: One of Stoke city's post war stars, Neil won 27 caps for England as a full back. Managed Colchester United and had a spell in Cyprus before becoming a publican in Oswaldthistle. Died in February 1996 at his retirment home in the Potteries. (Won three caps for England during the Second World War)
