Biography: Mike helped coach the Bristol City youth side and worked locally as a postman. (Played 332 games in the Ashton Gate goal)

Gibson, Mike When Mike was Reserve manager 1985 he asked me to help out by playing again as the City could not afford to pay for another pro. keeper. I will always be grateful to him for persuading me back to play for him at the age of 38. When Mike signed for the City in 1964/65 I was moved on to Swindon Town at the age of 17. Mike is still the best keeper to wear the City keepers shirt and he will tell you that I was the best or was he telling fibs.
