Birthplace: Brechin, Scotland

Position: Goalkeeper

Biography: Spent the majority of his career at Stamford Bridge as understudy to Jim Molyneux. Won the military medal for gallantry during the World War One and then served as a special constable during the Second World War. Was awarded two benefit games for his long service with the club. Went onto run a confectionery shop in Brechin where he died in 1968.
