Hendry, Colin My cousin Angela was Colin’s personal assistant when he lived in Blackburn. I think it was during the World Cup in France he asked Angie to house sit while they were away. I was coming up to to stay with Angie and she asked him if it was ok for me to stay at his house. He kindly agreed. What a wonderful experience for me to see all the shirts he had, man of the match awards and other trophies. He also another time got me a ticket to see them play Spurs at Ewood Park at a time when David Ginola was playing for Spurs. We sat in the players lounge - amazing. I had to wear a jacket and tie before the game. Because David was such a good looking guy I remember his wife Denise saying "don’t you hurt him". He was a very kind man but has had some hard knocks during his later life.

Hendry, Colin I remember Colin playing in the Scottish Highland League as a 17 year old with his home Club Keith FC, which was also his first Senior football club before transferring into the Scottish Football League with Dundee FC.
