Birthplace: Colwyn Bay, Denbighshire

Position: Forward

Biography: Initially arrived at the club on trial from Colwyn Bay, signing professional forms just after his 18th birthday. He won a FA Youth Cup winner's medal in his first season at the club at the expense of West Ham United. His only first team appearance came at Aston Villa in December 1958, as deputy for Warren Bradley at Outside-right in a 2-0 victory. But after failing to realise his early promise, he left Old Trafford for Wrexham in February 1960. Went to work in the Wrexham offices of Border Breweries.
