Keegan, Ged Met Ged with his mum and dad at the dalmeny hotel in st annes (nr blackpool) think he was about 10. he was under malcolm alisons eye. Anyway he was good at sport and he still hold s the course record for pitch AND putt in st annes.(54)
KEEGAN, Ged Several City/United players play 5 a side at Sale Leisure Centre in Manchester on a Tuesday afternoon(or used to). I gawp at them when they do play as I have rarely seen these guys off the field. They include Ged Keegan, Stewart Pearson, Frank Stapleton and a couple of others whose names escape me. They always seem to play well within themselves with only moderate exertion!

Keegan, Ged I went to De La Salle college in Salford with Ged and he was an incredible athlete. If I remember right he was captain of nearly every team, in all sports. Interestingly when we were at school we did not have a school football team only Rugby Union. Pling was limited to the playground.
