Kennedy, Alan Alan Kennedy was my guest speaker at my Hartley Wintney Golf Club Captains Dinner.
He was extremely friendly, funny and professional.
Alan also brought with him all of his Liverpool winner's medals including the European Cup.
Great man.

Kennedy, Alan My nephew David Twine, met Alan Kennedy in the Wavertree Pub "The Coffee House" by chance on Boxing Day. David said to Alan I have a small painting depicting you after scoring the only goal in the 1981 European Cup Final, can you wait while I go and get it! Alan agreed. David duly brought back said painting on a small piece of chipboard (which I cannot remember painting as I painted so many) David asked Alan "will you sign it for me please"? Alan agreed (A lovely man) Here it is Acrylic on chipboard.

Kennedy, Alan Alan is playing walking football & has been a member of the England over 60s squad. I had the pleasure of playing WF against him & Liverpool colleagues at a charity event in Salisbury in 2019. He is an all round good guy, happy to chat & pose for photos etc. A talisman for the sport.
