Position: Goalkeeper

Biography: Affectionately nicknamed 'The Flying Pig' by the Kop due to his rather portly stature. Became a quality controller at a wire factory in Warrington, Cheshire where he worked in his youth, until his retirement.

Lawrence, Tommy tommy was in goal at my first Scotland game V west Germany 1969 (1-1) great to see him on U tube recently being interviewed in the street


Lawrence, Tommy Had a LOL moment when Tommy was stopped by BBC NWT reporter Stuart Flinders & asked if He remembered the 1967 FA Cup tie played at Goodison, & His reply 'YES I Played in it! I was Liverpool's Goalkeeper ! Priceless ;) & a Homer Simpson Moment by the reporter ! for not recognising Him ! DOH !!
