Lee, Bob Coventry v Leicester on this day in the 1970s I put £1 to win on rag trade in the Grand National. I won £30, a lot of money in those days. The second half Bob Lee came on as substitute, he scored Leicester's second goal. As he jumped to score, on the big screen at Highfield Road, it came up Rag Trade wins the National. Double whammy, will never forget it.

Lee, Bob Bob scored a hat trick for Sunderland v WBA in 1977 & was instrumental in one of the greatest fights against relegation.

7 points at Christmas then an excellent run of 9 wins & 9 draws run which included 16 goals in 3 games.

Cheated out of it in the end on the last day.

Bob was a great striker & a nice guy by all accounts.
