Lishman, Doug My grandma was related to Doug. Her name was Edith Lishman. I just wondered about any other family ties.

Lishman, Doug As a life long Walsall supporter, I well recall the ability of this fine player. Upon his transfer to Arsenal I continued to follow his career and, in doing so, adopted Arsenal 'as my second club'.

Lishman a wonderful player to watch scored a lot of goals allmost as good as Tom Lawton heading the ball, ex marine commando , a gentleman like most of them were in those days. What would his like be worth today? R.I.P.
