Born: 1938

Birthplace: West Ham

Position: Centre-forward

Biography: Joined The Blues in May 1959 from Southampton for £20,000 plus Cliff Huxford. Scored eight goals in his first 14 games but despite his decent scoring record, he was replaced by Ron Tindall and sold to Gillingham for just £2,000 in 1961. Returned to his native east London where he became a painter and decorator. Died in St Bart's Hospital after a short illness in February 2005.
