Locke, Gary I grew up living opposite Gary’s Aunt, he often visited her and always made time for us kids playing football in the road. He gave my dad some complimentary tickets for Chelsea v Newcastle in 1978 which was my first ever live game.

Locke, Gary I too went to Aylestone School and remember playing against Gary and Webster Johnson on a few occasions…..particularly a cup final at King Edwards Park… great days….. good to hear Tony Marshall is doing well….living in the Canaries… living the dream

Locke, Gary I went to Aylestone school and actually played in that game when Gary scored directly from a corner kick. We both now live in New Zealand and see one another on a regular basis. We neither play football anymore as we are both 68 but Gary still keeps fit playing tennis. Gary and his wife Lin are dear friends, I have known Gary for coming up to 58 years.

Locke, Gary Was my hero all through school. My brother Howard was in the same year at Willesden High. I attended a school in Hammersmith but all my mates went to Willesden. I used to go and watch Gary play for them every chance I could with his Matumbi mate Webster Johnson. I played against Gary just once in a scout match and spent the whole game trying to get past him. Remember his really powerful but fair tackle to this day. Great Chelsea legend and model pro.

Locke, Gary I was lucky enough to see Gary play for both Chelsea and Crystal Palace many times. He was a wonderful footballer, a great attacking defender, never seen him have a bad game.

Locke, Gary Gary and I both went to Willesden High School in London and we were in the same year and house team in football. He was a superbly talented player even at 13/14 and studied professional footballers styles in depth. I remember him scoring a goal for the school team in a cup final straight from a corner kick. I followed his progress when he joined Chelsea straight from school and even saw him when he was an assistant to David Webb as coach at Southend Utd. I then lost track of him.
