Biography: A forward from Blackley, Manchester. Was snapped up by United as a youngster and joined the club after leaving school in 1995. Twelve months later, he signed pro terms but left in July 1997 for Preston in a £250,000 deal. The Republic of Ireland international signed a deal in August 2010 to join Walsall until the end of the 2010-2011 season.
