McGovern, John I remember back in my youth (I am 74 now) back in the days when my brother Lee worked for Wheatleys who were one of the sponsors of Forest. He would get me invites to small gatherings in the evening where you could meet some of the players like Trevor Francis etc. The highlight was when John McGovern came over to chat with us. I still tell the story. Thank you boys for giving an old man a wonderful memory. Kind regards. Bill Mckenzie

McGovern, John Once delivered a fridge to John Mc. Govern's mum in Derby on a red hot summers day sometime in the mid 90s. And with those very same hands that lifted the European cup for Nottingham Forest ,handed me a glass of squash. I was star struck and speechless. Thanks John
