Biography: A member of United's FA Youth Cup runners up side of 1993, two years after he joined the club as a school leaver. He was offered a professional contract 12 months later but was never able to make the breakthrough into the first team picture, and was sold to Preston in May 1997 for £165,000. The former Northern Ireland international is now a sports lawyer with Manchester firm, George Davies LLP, and is a member of the FA Football Judicial Panel.
