Biography: Since retiring Penrice has worked closley with friend and former team mate Ian Holloway. This has seen him be on the coaching staff at both Bristol Rovers and Queens Park Rangers, as well as becoming chief scout for Plymouth Argyle. He had a brief spell as head of recruitment for Leicester City before joining Stoke City as a European scout. He currently lives in South Gloucestershire.
