Biography: Wimbledon born and bred defender who played over 200 games for the Dons. He joined Saints on a ÐfreeÓ from Luton following a loan spell. He was released by Saints in 2010, was preparing to run in the 2011 London Marathon in aid of motor neurone disease which he lost his mum to when he was just 18 years old. His is also taking his FA coaching badges with the aim of going into management at some point.
