Rodrigues, Peter A group of us met you on holiday in the south of France 1975. My husband recognised you, but we didn’t know whether to approach you as we felt we might be intruding. How wrong we were, you were so friendly, and chatted with us whenever we bumped into you. We were all staying at Pin de la League in Frejus. So pleased to hear the following year you captained Southampton to win the FA cup beating Manchester United. Hope you are keeping well.

Rodrigues, Peter I was lucky enough to watch Peter at Cardiff City for two seasons as a youngster. He was a master at the sliding tackle and I was sad when he was transferred to Leicester for £42,500. A great credit to the clubs he played for. I’d happily buy him a pint.

Rodrigues, Peter Just watching Saints against Liverpool and thinking what we need is you to organise the team. You were an inspiration. If you saw me again you’d recognise me, Shirley Curtains. Glad your still safe. Ian.
