Position: Midfielder

Biography: A tough tackling midfield player he played in the Football League between 1975-1987. For most of his career he played in the top flight with Arsenal then Everton. He won one cap at U21 level for Scotland in 1977. He finished his playing career at non league Hyde United and finally at Altrincham. In 1989 he had just over a season as manager of Ashton United. He then became a HGV Driver and then became transport manager at Hills Panels and Products in Oldham where he still works. For many years he has coached youngsters at Oldham Sports Centre. He lives in Oldham.

Ross, Trevor Had the pleasure of getting to know Trevor when I managed the Streetbridge in Failsworth and he turned out for a season. Still had it, tough, skilful, funny bloke. Lost touch with Trevor when I split with my girlfriend who was mates with his missus Debbie. If anyone is in contact with him, pls tell him I was aksing after him.

Ross, Trevor Met Trevor at Liversedge when I was driving a delivery van there. He did the same but in a different department. Had some great laughs which made up for some of the miserable blokes (not the original word!) there. Take care of yourself Trevor.

Ross, Trevor Trevor, you were one of the most skillful and determined Everton players I saw in my younger days. You would put the likes of Tom Davies, Alex Awobi and Mason Holgate to shame today. It was a pleasure watching you mate. God bless.
