Position: Striker

Biography: In 2001 following his retirement, Saunders stayed on at Bradford City as a coach. He then moved on to similar roles at Blackburn Rovers and Newcastle United. In 2007, Saunders enrolled in the Certificate in Football Management course at the University of Warwick Business School. In 2007 he became assistant manager of the Wales national football team, before becoming manager of Wrexham the following year. On 23 September 2011, he was named manager of Doncaster Rovers
