Biography: Played for Leyton Orient from 1962 until 1966 at inside forward. Was made captain at age 19 in 1964 under manager Dave Sexton. Left in 1966 to play for Durban City in South Africa

Scott, Jimmy Jim is in a nursing home in Guildford, Surrey suffering from dementia. We live in the same block of flats as his wife Judy. She is a lovely woman. I watched him play in South Africa for Corinthians in the late 60s. Class player

Scott, Jimmy I just spent a flight back from Johannesburg with Jim, some wonderful stories and a lovely gentleman. It's important that these memories are recorded so you should track these guys down, they have stories to tell. Best of luck.
