Biography: Spent four years as coach at Chelsea. Dave next took over as manager of Orient, and after spells as coach to Fulham and Arsenal, he returned to Chelsea as manager where he won the FA Cup and Cup Winners Cup . Also managed Q.P.R and Manchester United before taking over responsibility for the England Under 21's has now retired.
