Steele, Jim I met Jim Steele today (18th March 2022). My wife and I met Jim when we went for for breakfast. He saw my Celtic shirt and came over and introduced himself. Very nice man had a nice chat very down to earth.

Steele, Jim My Junior school teacher, Miss Davis, introduced me to Jim around 1975-76 in Lee on Solent. I must have been 8 or 9 and football crazy. Made my day.

Steele, Jim I met Jim some years ago when he was the temporary landlord of the Black Horse in Naunton, Gloucestershire. He shared happy memories of the 1976 FA Cup Final (as an Evertonian I was supporting the underdogs). Steve Winwood was in the bar that night - 2 stars in the same pub on the same night! I very much enjoyed my chat with Jim - a great guy!

Steele, Jim Jim Steele has returned to Southampton due to his wifes ill health. He can be seen regularly on matchdays at St Marys supporting the team. He is currently the steward at The Irish Club in Eastliegh, Southampton.

Steele, Jim Jim has now left The Irish Club in Eastleigh and is looking to take over another pub in Southampton. He is living in West End and can be met at The Two Brothers in Chartwell Green where he drinks. He is still larger than life with no pretentions to grandure and is happy to acknowledge and talk to any Saints fan.He is still a regular attender of all home matches at St Marys Stadium where he has sits with Hughie Fisher in the Itchen Stand.

Steele, Jim Jim has now left The Black Bear in Moreton-in-Marsh to live in Southampton. I'm not sure if he's running a pub there or if he has retired, i'll find out next month.
