Biography: A left winger who was converted in a Left-back became one of the very few bright spots in the 1978-79 season after making his league debut against Derby County The 20 year-old was to make the place in the side his own, embarking on a 33 game run in the team until a hairline fracture of the skull received in a game against Middlesbrough disrupted his progress. When the club needed to slash playing numbers, he was sold to Memphis Rangers for £90,000. Has coached local teams and is now working for a flooring company in his native Lymington.
