Position: Striker

Biography: Swedish striker who first caught the eye with IF Elfsborg, where he scored 15 goals in only 22 games. This prompted a £75,000 move to Fratton Park where he made a dramatic start. In his first full match he scored two goals, made another, was sent off and carried off the field on a stretcher. The remainder of his stay was less eventful and he was sold to Austrian side Innsbruck for £100,000 in 1998. He did return to England to play for Crystal Palace (under Terry Venables and Terry Fenwick), Charlton Athletic, Derby County and Norwich City. The Swedish international then returned home to re-join his first club IF Elfsborg . He has was forced to retire in 2008 and is now their assistant manager
