Position: Midfielder

Biography: Todd played four league games for Wolverhampton Wanderers before Port Vale broke their club record fee to buy him for £37,000 in August 1978. He failed to make a strong enough impression at Vale Park and and was sold on to Pompey for £20,000 in October 1979. Although he only played a few games for the club, he did return later and worked as youth team manager for four years. When he finally left the game, he set up a Tea Room in Chichester with his wife before moving back to his native north east. Now living in Bishop Auckland.
