Biography: Colne born defender started his career with a five year spell at his local club Burnley. Singed by Southampton in 1965, ÐDockerÓ as he was known to Saints fans was arguably the toughest and most rugged defender in the team at the time, he left to play for Cape Town in 1974, but returned a year later to settle in the New Forrest
