Biography: Sheffield born full back who came through the Youth system at Southampton without making a first team appearance Went on to play for eleven other league clubs, several on loan. He made over a hundred appearances for Sheffield United over two spells with them and then made and a hundred and fifty for their Yorkshire neighbours Rotherham United. He has since moved into management and including former club halifax and most recently took over at Conference club Oxford United in December 2008 leading the to promotion to League Two via the 2009 -2010 play-offs having just missed out in his first season
