Birthplace: Burnley, Lancashire

Position: Centre midfielder

Biography: The centre midfielder worked his way through the ranks, juniors, reserves and into the first team squad. He made his debut as a sub in November 1988 for Clayton Blackmore in a game with Sheffield Wednesday. He went on to make five more appearances, all as a substitute, then after two spells on loan, was allowed to leave the club for Bristol Rovers. He moved to Sweden, where he has managed Ljungskile, and Sundsvall
