Biography: He started out as a trainee in August 1997. He made his debut a season later and appeared in the Premier League and Champions League before he was sold to Middlesbrough, along with Jonathan Greening, in a £1.5 million in August 2001. He joined Doncaster Rovers in November 2007, following a spell in the States with FC Dallas.
