Wilson, Tom Tommy came from a great family in Roswell and was held in great esteem as a footballer,. A great example for us younger boys with hopes of following him in football. His brother James equally talented, but chose another direction in life. I believe Tommy became Hull treasurer ?? Rosewell. I learned a lot from Tommy and his peers, and travelled the world and as a footballer I found so many doors opened to me. I didn’t make the big time, but I wouldn’t change a thing. Football was my passport to a great life.

Wilson, Tom In the 1960s I went to Forest Hill Comprehensive in south east London. I left in June 1966. Tom was a games teacher in the afternoon at our school after training at the Den had finished. As a Millwall supporter this was fantastic for me and I remember him well. Could do nothing wrong in my eyes. He wasn't a bad player either! Other Millwall players who came to our school to coach and assist the regular full time teachers were Dennis John, Harry Obeney, Bill Wright and George Jacks and Dave Bumstead.

Wilson, Tom Mr. Tommy Wilson lived next door to me at 110 Sandrock Road, SE13 when he played for Millwall. I recall he was transferred from Falkirk. I also remember his wife who was a delightful young girl. I also remember vividly when he gave me a program when Millwall played away at Portsmouth. Tommy Wilson was a cultured footballer and a player greatly respected by the Millwall fans. I am 65 now and have lived in Hong Kong for 20 years. I will never forget the fact that a Millwall player actually lived next door to me. Please convey my best wishes to Mr. and Mrs. Wilson.

Wilson, Tom We were neighbours of Tom and Kitty Wilson, before leaving Hull for Nelson, New Zealand, would love to hear from them, kind regards, from Sunny Nelson...
